Overview of the uses of galvanized steel pipes

In order to improve the corrosion resistance of steel pipes, general steel pipes (black pipes) are galvanized. Galvanized steel pipes are divided into hot-dip galvanized and electro-galvanized types; hot-dip galvanized has a thicker zinc layer, while electro-galvanized is lower in cost. Oxygen-blowing welding pipe: used as a pipe for oxygen blowing in steelmaking, generally made from small diameter welded steel pipes, with specifications ranging from 3/8 inch to 2 inches in eight varieties. Made from 08, 10, 15, 20 or Q195-Q235 steel strips. To prevent corrosion, some undergo aluminum diffusion treatment. Electrical conduit: also ordinary carbon steel electric welded pipe, used in concrete and various structural distribution projects, commonly with nominal diameters ranging from 13-76mm. The walls of electrical conduits are relatively thin and mostly coated or galvanized before use, requiring cold bending tests.
