The quota for seamless steel pipe flange connections is based on straight pipes and fittings with welded flanges, and has taken into account all the work content of pre-assembly and installation. If a flange valve is installed in the pipeline, only the installation cost of the valve should be calculated, and the installation cost of the flange should not be counted again.
The quota does not include the main material quantities for fittings, flanges, and bolts, which should be calculated separately according to design specifications: costs for galvanizing seamless steel pipes and fittings as well as off-site transportation should be calculated separately.
