Use a handcart to transport to the trench, and complete installation and connection with a hand-pulled hoist. The specific methods and steps are as follows: ① Check the trench; the foundation must not have any settlement, ensuring no large stones directly contact the pipeline. ② Check if the pipeline has any damage from transportation or lifting, and whether the rubber rings are damaged. ③ Move the pipeline into the trench using a cart or manually, apply edible oil to the rubber rings, fit them onto the joints, ensuring they do not twist in the trench and that both ends are clean. ④ Straighten both ends of the pipeline with an angle deviation of less than 2°, inserting them evenly to specified dimensions. ⑤ Use a pressure testing machine to inflate between double rubber rings to check for tightness; if qualified, seal with copper bolts. ⑥ Use clay without large stones to compact around a radius of 15cm from the installed pipeline, then mechanically backfill.
