TFCO has three subsidiaries, Tengfei (Shenyang) Company and Tengfei (Tianjin) Company. Tengfei (Shenyang) Company consists of two companies, namely Shenyang Tengfei Steel Distribution Co., Ltd. and Shenyang Tengfei Steel Pipe Co., Ltd., established in 1999, covering an area of over 100 acres and located at No. 6A, Road 13, Shenyang Economic and Technological Development Zone. The full name of Tengfei (Tianjin) Company is Tianjin Tengfei Steel Pipe Co., Ltd., established in 2005, covering an area of more than 300 acres, located at No. 5 Tengfei Road, Junliangcheng Street Industrial Park, Dongli District, Tianjin.
Tengfei Company is a strategic partner of Tianjin Steel Pipe Manufacturing Co., Ltd. (TPCO) for seamless steel pipes, and is also a large-scale spot stock supplier of seamless steel pipes in China. The products are widely used in petrochemical industry, military industry, shipbuilding, aerospace, coal machine manufacturing and other industries and fields. The company has an annual turnover inventory of about 100000 tons, with a complete range of varieties, sufficient inventory, strong supporting facilities, and convenient logistics.
As a strategic distributor of TPCO, Tengfei Company has a professional and high-quality technical, marketing, and management team. As early as 2007, it passed the ISO9001 quality management system certification. With the continuous expansion of the market, in 2011, it successfully entered the list of first tier material suppliers of China Petroleum and Natural Gas and China Petrochemical Group, and became a member of "Energy No.1 Network"; Obtained the "Material and Equipment Supplier Access Certificate" from China Aviation Fuel Group in 2014; Recognized as a national high-tech enterprise in 2015; Successfully obtained API certification from the American Petroleum Institute in 2016; Successfully shortlisted for the China National Offshore Oil Corporation's list of high-quality suppliers in 2018; Selected for the National Petroleum and Natural Gas Pipeline Network Group Supplier List in both 2022 and 2023; Selected for the China Petrochemical Supplier List in 2023.
