SpiralSteel pipeThe quality of the anti-corrosion layer mainly depends on its adhesion and the material's aging resistance. To achieve a well-performing anti-corrosion layer, in addition to selecting suitable materials, advanced construction techniques must also be employed. The basic requirements for anti-corrosion materials are:
① Good electrical insulation. The resistivity of the anti-corrosion layer should not be less than 10,000, and the breakdown voltage strength must not be lower than the standard indicators set according to type.
② Good environmental stability and lasting corrosion resistance, good atmospheric aging performance; stable chemical properties; low water absorption rate, good impermeability; good heat resistance; good low-temperature performance; good resistance to acidic media and microorganisms.
③ Good adhesion performance and strong resistance to cathodic delamination.
④ Good metal adhesion, excellent mechanical properties and sufficient mechanical strength, as well as good impact strength, good bending resistance, better wear resistance, and sufficient puncture resistance.
⑤ Convenient construction and economical rationality.
