In the warm spring of March, when everything comes back to life, we welcomed the 104th International Women's Day on March 8. On this joyful and warm day, the company organized a prize-winning essay contest for all female employees to show care and love for women, create a strong festive atmosphere, enrich cultural life, and encourage women to engage in their daily work with enthusiasm and the best state.
This essay contest received great attention from the company's senior leadership and strong support from all female colleagues. A total of 13 submissions were received during the event. After an intense speech competition, one first prize, two second prizes, and three third prizes were awarded. All participants were very enthusiastic and actively showcased the style of modern women through their actions.
After the essay competition concluded, General Manager Wang gave a high evaluation of this event. The female colleagues expressed their determination to achieve management transformation through collective efforts and create a bright future for our company!
