Sprint into the fourth quarter with high quality, high efficiency, and high standards to exceed the company's annual work goals.

Dear colleagues of the company:
In the blink of an eye, the National Day holiday has ended, and we have officially entered the last quarter of 2014. In the past three quarters, facing this year's not-so-optimistic economic situation, everyone has worked together, and the company's business has progressed relatively smoothly, achieving a total sales performance of 85,084.219 tons. Among them, the first quarter achieved 20,236.803 tons; the second quarter achieved 28,942.3487 tons; and the third quarter achieved 35,905.0673 tons. We are still some distance from the initial sales target of 100,000 tons set at the beginning of the year. Whether we can successfully complete this target task and win the battle in the fourth quarter is extremely critical. Hereby I would like to issue the following initiative to everyone:
1. All departments must deeply understand the company's goals and tasks, strictly implement all measures proposed by the company, enhance awareness of responsibility and overall situation, unite as one, work together diligently around company goals.
2. Employees in all departments should actively respond to the company's call for sprinting towards fourth-quarter goals and take quick action. All employees should focus on business and fully support and cooperate with the business department's work.
3. All departments must strengthen their confidence and determination to continue fighting continuously, maintain good working conditions and strong fighting spirit from the third quarter, keep up their efforts and work solidly. Further increase sales efforts, take proactive actions to strengthen project reserves to lay a solid foundation for next year's work.
4. All employees should closely follow the pace of management transformation in the company, recognize its essence, deeply study departmental work, analyze problems thoroughly to find management methods and strategies that accelerate promoting management transformation in order to achieve annual management transformation goals set by the company.
5. All employees should treat their workplace as home with selfless dedication and professionalism while maintaining a better mental state and full enthusiasm for work as they strive hard towards achieving fourth-quarter work targets.
'There will be times when winds break waves; sail straight into clouds across vast seas.' I hope everyone will fulfill their duties diligently in this last quarter of 2014 with sincere efforts to ensure high quality, high efficiency, and high standards in exceeding fourth-quarter work targets while accomplishing our annual sales goal of 100 thousand tons for another leap in company performance as we confidently welcome a new year!
