Tengfei Company's 15th Anniversary Celebration Essay and Speech Event

2014 marked the fifteenth anniversary of Tengfei Company. To review the company's development over the past fifteen years and celebrate its remarkable achievements, the company specially held a speech and essay contest to express employees' love and gratitude for the enterprise, promote the company's positive spirit, enhance employees' sense of mission and belonging, and foster harmonious development within the company.
The event took place on December 26, 2014, at 12:20 PM in the company's large conference room. All employees were invited to participate and cheer for the contestants. There were a total of 11 contestants who presented their passion for the company, family, and society through poetry, prose, and other forms of writing. Their speeches resonated with emotions; applause echoed during exciting moments, and touching parts evoked deep feelings. The competition was intense, with each contestant being outstanding.
The judges for this event were very strong, consisting of the company's general manager and 13 employees recommended by various departments. After fierce competition, first prize was awarded to Ji Lingling from the management department; second prize went to Su Junting from the finance department and Lu Yuan from the business department; third prize was awarded to Zhang Yanjiao, Yao Fang, and Wu Xia from the management department. Congratulations to these employees for their excellent achievements.
The event concluded successfully in a warm atmosphere. Mr. Wang praised this activity highly; as an employee who has worked at the company for fifteen years, he has witnessed its difficult early days through continuous growth until today when it is deeply rooted and flourishing. He expressed gratitude for all employees who have remained steadfastly committed to the company while encouraging them to have confidence in its potential for development—standing tall and thriving.
