Dear all employees of the company:
In 2015, faced with a severe market economic situation, all employees of the company overcame difficulties, united as one, and fought hard, achieving good results in various tasks. At this moment, 2015 has passed us by; the achievements and mistakes of the past will become the foundation for us to summarize experiences, solidify our base, and innovate.
In 2016, influenced by the domestic and international economic environment, our main business will be more challenging than expected. We are about to face a year that is even more arduous and difficult. We must seize opportunities to rise in adversity, work together with one heart and mind to overcome challenges. We need to fully implement the company's work guidelines of 'increasing revenue while reducing expenditure and fine management,' strengthening our main business while comprehensively enhancing corporate image, improving employee quality, strengthening team and group building, changing work styles, motivating employee enthusiasm, enhancing corporate cohesion, and doing our utmost to overcome difficulties with the company to ensure the smooth completion of all company tasks.
In 2016, although market conditions are unfavorable, the company still prioritizes its employees and treats them sincerely. The company promises its employees: no salary cuts or layoffs. Similarly, employees must also make a commitment to the company: resolutely safeguard the company's interests, prioritize the overall situation of the company over personal gains or losses and rewards, voluntarily work overtime without compensation or selfishness, actively carry out their duties well, absolutely obey superior leadership arrangements and comply with all management systems of the company. This truly realizes the essence of employees breathing together with the company and sharing a common destiny. If an employee violates this commitment, they will voluntarily accept any penalties from the company such as salary reduction, demotion, layoffs or dismissal.
2016 is a brand new year filled with miracles; challenges coexist with opportunities. We need greater courage and passion; we need an entrepreneurial spirit that is self-reliant and strives for progress; we need innovative ideas that break conventions in our work energy to translate goals into actions. As long as everyone does this well, the company will never treat its employees unfairly. Employees are valuable assets of the company; likewise, the company is also a solid support for its employees.
