Spring has arrived, and everything is reviving. In this beautiful season, in order to enrich employees' leisure life, activate the work atmosphere, improve employees' physical fitness, enhance communication and cohesion among employees, and strengthen the company's corporate culture construction, the company specially held a series of spring fun sports events.
The sports event lasted for one and a half months, with one project each week, including double-back balloon, basketball through the tunnel, road escape, and other 7 projects. Starting from April 21, 2017, every Friday during lunch break, competition activities were held. After lunch, whether participating employees or spectators actively came to the competition site. This scene became a rare leisure time for everyone amidst their busy work; everyone looked forward to and cherished it.
The spring sunshine is warm and gentle, allowing people to relax both physically and mentally. Every competition project saw enthusiastic participation; everyone actively signed up and formed teams voluntarily. After each whistle from the referee sounded, the atmosphere was lively and boiling; the scene was vibrant. Employees competed fiercely with each other without wanting to fall behind; whether in individual projects or team cooperation projects, they gave their all. They showcased friendship, style, and the spirit of striving for excellence. The cheers, shouts, laughter, and encouragement at the scene intertwined into a passionate melody that invigorated employees' spirits. This competition received active participation from everyone; 70% of employees participated based on their abilities and preferred projects. Company leaders also led by example by participating as team leaders; the competition gained widespread recognition from employees.
After the competition ended, the company awarded material rewards to employees who achieved rankings. Employees were very happy and thanked the company for holding such activities that delighted them physically and mentally while enriching their lives. They felt that working at Tengfei was truly a happy and joyful thing and hoped that the company could hold more such activities in the future.
