In order to strengthen employees' legal awareness, further increase legal knowledge, avoid business operation risks, and standardize contract management, the company specially invited Lawyer Liu from Hengxin Law Firm to train employees on the afternoon of June 20, 2017. He explained the relevant content of economic contract law and how to prevent risks that may arise during contract transactions, as well as addressing employees' legal questions encountered in their actual work.
The training lasted nearly two hours. Lawyer Liu used a PPT presentation to vividly explain economic contract law to employees, detailing various aspects such as legislative principles, parties involved, obligations and responsibilities of both sides, deposits, breaches of contract, etc. He presented a series of processes including contract formation, execution, modification, and termination in an engaging manner and helped employees understand legal terms through numerous factual cases. Employees listened attentively, absorbed the information fully, and took notes to achieve practical application in their work. Here we learned not only knowledge but also an attitude towards work: that is rigorously meticulous while emphasizing the importance of strengthening management of contracts and correspondence in daily operations for future needs.
After Lawyer Liu finished his explanation, employees consulted him about areas they did not understand and issues encountered at work. Lawyer Liu provided corresponding answers. This training achieved excellent results; particularly significant assistance was provided for core business operations with practical implications. It raised everyone's awareness of legal protection and reduced risks which is also a potential value for ensuring the company's normal operations.
This training received great attention from company leadership; the chairman, general manager, and other senior executives were all present. At the end of the training session, the chairman delivered an important speech encouraging all employees to cherish every training opportunity provided by the company and gain valuable insights. He emphasized the importance of continuous accumulation in daily work and life—learning throughout life—and maintaining a positive attitude while constantly improving personal cultivation and enhancing abilities to adapt to the company's ongoing development needs.
