The Tianjin-Shenyang Exchange Conference of Tengfei Company in 2017 was held on August 5, 2017, at the Shenyang Tengfei Company. Before the official meeting, colleagues from Tianjin and Shenyang greeted each other warmly and introduced themselves to enhance mutual understanding.
Tengfei Company has been established for 18 years, and the annual exchange meeting has always been held in Tianjin. This year, the Shenyang company specially invited the Tianjin company to come to Shenyang for communication and exchange. To welcome their Tianjin colleagues, all employees of the Shenyang company made every effort to provide a warm reception.
The conference was divided into two parts: from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM for overall communication and learning; from 1:30 PM to 4:00 PM for internal departmental exchanges based on relevant business content.
At 9 AM, the conference officially began. Mr. Wang first welcomed the arrival of Tianjin colleagues on behalf of the 74 employees of Shenyang Tengfei Company. The Tianjin-Shenyang exchange meeting has always been a significant feature of Tengfei Company's management. Through this annual meeting, effective communication regarding business operations and management systems is conducted, streamlining work processes while deepening emotional connections between both locations. Face-to-face exchanges effectively resolve issues that arise, clarify thoughts, improve work efficiency, and ensure that departments in both locations complement each other’s work continuously achieving new results.
Afterward, Minister Zhu Zhibiao from Tianjin Company introduced the organizational structure and operational mechanism of Tianjin Dawangfeng to all participants. He detailed important production aspects such as production scheduling procedures for various models of steel pipes produced by Dawangfeng, procurement of steel billets, internal processing flows, delivery times, etc., while addressing questions from sales staff regarding their daily work.
Employees participating in the exchange meeting took turns speaking; whether they were from Tianjin or Shenyang, everyone actively asked questions and offered suggestions regarding existing issues within the company while seeking common ground and developing together.
At the end of the conference, Mr. Wang delivered an important speech expressing hope that Tengfei's two locations would be as close as family members. He emphasized adhering to this concept through unity and cooperation so that our company could develop more deeply and achieve greater accomplishments. We must seize favorable circumstances and opportunities; now is a springtime for steel sales. We need to prepare comprehensively in sales management, personnel reserves, and utilization while continuously pursuing craftsmanship spirit with excellence. In business operations as well we must be meticulous in our efforts leveraging advantages with close cooperation among departments to win customers over by ensuring comprehensive services in production quality delivery etc., for our clients. The company's development momentum is strong; everyone should be confident about its future growth as employee benefits will continue to improve while attracting high-end talent from society to join us providing robust personnel support for future development. It is hoped that through afternoon departmental exchanges consensus can be reached avoiding mistakes preparing thoroughly for completing all tasks in 2017.
At 1:30 PM, Tianjin employees went down to their corresponding departments for more in-depth detail exchanges where both sides engaged actively learning from each other complementing strengths promoting mutual development synchronously. This conference concluded successfully achieving its goals; Tengfei Company will continue this operational feature strengthening ties between both locations working hand-in-hand towards success.
