Caring for women, focusing on health -- The labor union conducts screening activities for female employees for 'two cancers'.

To further increase care for female employees, maintain their physical and mental health, and reduce the incidence of 'two cancers'.On July 19, 2019,Tengfei (Shenyang) Company, in collaboration with the Shenyang Federation of Trade Unions, organized all female employees to undergo'two cancers' screening activities at the Shenyang Maternal and Child Health Hospital.
To ensure that this health check activity is carried out in an orderly manner, Tengfei (Shenyang) Company actively communicated with the Shenyang Federation of Trade Unions to develop a schedule for employees to participate in the screening, determine the batches for the screening activities, and held an internal meeting in advance to inform employees of various precautions before the health check. The screening items included breast cancer and cervical cancer screenings for female employees, aiming to achieve early detection of diseases and early prevention when there are none.
A total of'two cancers' screeningwas participated by26female employees. Through this activity, awareness of disease screening among employees was further enhanced, effectively preventing disease occurrence and providing assurance for the physical and mental health of female employees. At the same time, this activity fully reflects the important significance of trade unions and allows employees to feel the warmth of Tengfei (Shenyang) Company's big family. In the future, the company’s trade union will further strengthen union construction,play a role in serving enterprises and employees, promote healthy development of enterprises, enhance employee cohesion and centripetal force so that employees can invest in their work with healthier bodies and abundant energy.
