First of all, congratulations to Tengfei (Shenyang) Company.The 2019 Annual Summary and Commendation Conference and the 20th Anniversary Celebration of Tengfei Company was successfully held on January 18, 2020, achieving great success.
2019 marks the 20th anniversary of Tengfei Company's establishment. Over the past 20 years, we have grown and developed through the challenges in the market. Even in the face of a severe economic situation and market difficulties, all employees overcame various challenges, worked hard, and united to complete the annual task indicators for 2019. This is something that all Tengfei people can be proud of.
The conference was divided into two parts. The first half focused on the summary and commendation for Tengfei (Shenyang) Company's work in 2019. During the meeting, Tengfei (Tianjin) Company sent a congratulatory letter to Shenyang Company for holding the annual summary conference and celebrating Tengfei Company's 20th anniversary, offering their blessings. Next, General Manager Mr. Wang Qingsheng provided a comprehensive summary of the work in 2019 and made an overall plan for the new year’s work. We need to keep pace with the company’s development, continue to advocate for dedication to our jobs, hard work, teamwork, and unity to contribute actively to Tengfei Company's growth. After that, there was a grand award ceremony for outstanding working groups and individuals from 2019. The company's vigorous development relies on advanced teams and individuals who are crucial pillars in its growth.
The second half of the conference was dedicated to Tengfei Company's 20th Anniversary Celebration. First, General Manager Mr. Wang Qingsheng presented a PPT along with an engaging explanation to review Tengfei Company's entrepreneurial journey over the past 20 years with all employees. Each historical image touched every Tengfei person's heart, allowing everyone to fully feel both the hardships faced along the way and pride in today's achievements. Next, commemorative gold and silver medals were awarded to employees who have grown alongside the company over these years; we also invited two retired senior employees from our company to present them with commemorative gold medals so that every employee—new or old—could feel the warmth of our Tengfei family.
At last, Chairman Mr. Su Anhui delivered an important speech. He first acknowledged Shenyang Company’s achievements in 2019 and then summarized both accomplishments and shortcomings during Tengfei Company's development over these past two decades while clearly stating that 2020 will be a new starting point for Tengfei's second entrepreneurship phase. Additionally, he provided a systematic plan for Tengfei Company’s future over the next twenty years by proposing innovation and reform as future development directions while emphasizing revenue increase and cost reduction as core business strategies.
At the end of the conference, all employees took a group photo together. We believe that with clear direction in this new year ahead, we will surely sail smoothly through challenges.
