Safety education training
2010-06-28
On January 25, 2010, the company held a safety training meeting regarding personnel, events, and materials. Each department identified potential hazards related to their safety issues, and finally, the general manager provided requirements and rectification suggestions for each department, emphasizing the importance of safety.
1. Many employees have a lax awareness of safety, with distracted thoughts and a lack of emphasis on safety issues. Some employees lack experience in large enterprises and do not foresee safety problems.
2. Safety awareness refers to constantly thinking about personal and property safety issues in life and work, including people, machines, and materials, while continuously checking for potential hazards.
3. The inspection and use of cranes should be managed by designated personnel who must be clear about the operating procedures and safety factors.
4. The safe distance for placing oxygen and acetylene should be maintained. During high summer temperatures, outdoor operations must have protective measures to prevent explosions.
5. Special operations must hold work permits. The nature, structure, and principles of the equipment must be mastered before operation. Operators of production equipment, crane operators, electricians, riggers, and drivers must understand the equipment and establish safe operating procedures.
6. Department heads are required to implement a job responsibility system, establish safety regulations, and strictly execute 'three-level education': company education, departmental education, and team education.
7. Emphasize safety education before work starts, during work processes, and after work is completed as well as monitor personnel's working status.
8. Department heads are required to strictly monitor key areas to ensure safety. They are responsible for personnel's personal safety by raising awareness of security issues and reporting existing hazards to the company.
9. A safety inspection of departmental operating equipment is required. This includes vehicles, water supply systems, electricity supply systems, heating systems, bathrooms etc. Regarding labor supplies allocation should meet the needs of company development.
