In order to enhance the overall quality of middle and senior management, improve work efficiency and execution, build a core efficient backbone for the company, and promote the smooth transition of the company's "important transformation", our company launched the "Comprehensive Quality Training Course for Middle and Senior Management Personnel of Shenyang Tengfei Company" on February 1, 2013. This course was taught by Yuan Jinhua, the deputy general manager and head of the management department, with a total of 23 participants in the training.
The lecture combined theory with a large number of vivid practical cases to provide an in-depth yet accessible theoretical summary of management issues. The training first focused on enhancing employee motivation and improving work efficiency as its core starting point; that is, we are at the core of enhancing employee motivation. Therefore, we must always align with the company's values, unify our thoughts, enhance personal qualities, and serve as role models within teams. Secondly, it taught that middle and senior management personnel should possess both talent and virtue, have professional knowledge, skills, and thinking abilities while also demonstrating professional ethics, a positive attitude, and good interpersonal relationships. Finally, it emphasized that managers should improve their abilities in insight, communication, execution, collaboration, nurturing subordinates' capabilities, and learning ability while also highlighting the important role of middle-level cadres in guiding and supervising their subordinates' work.
The content of this training is highly targeted and practical, allowing middle and senior management personnel to clearly understand their core position within the organization. In future management practices, they can effectively serve as a crucial force that connects upper management with lower levels. Through this training, it enhanced middle-level cadres' awareness of management value, established a proactive working attitude among them, unified middle and senior management concepts, deepened their mastery of tools used in management practices, and promoted our company's efficient teamwork characterized by unity and progress.
