In April, Tengfei Company welcomes the peak sales season in the steel pipe industry. Especially, with the strength of the Tengfei brand, we have seized the opportunity to secure a project from China National Chemical Corporation in Quanzhou, with a current contract supply volume task of over 8,000 tons. Under tight timelines and heavy tasks, we must embody the spirit of Tengfei people who are not afraid of hardship. We need to enhance our sense of urgency and responsibility in our work, improve overall organizational coordination capabilities, and successfully complete our goals. Therefore, the company specifically proposes an initiative from April 20 to July 31: 'Work hard for a hundred days and strive for our goals.' The specific requirements are as follows:
1. All employees must unify their thoughts and enhance their awareness, prioritizing the company's interests above all else while strengthening their sense of responsibility, mission, urgency, and honor.
2. The spirit of 'working hard for a hundred days' proposed by the company should be communicated to every employee; all employees should deeply understand that 'working hard for a hundred days' is crucial for achieving the company's sales targets for the first half of the year.
3. All employees are required to treat the company as home, unite as one with firm beliefs, promote dedication and willingness to contribute spirit. Especially middle and senior management personnel and key staff should change their mindset, take initiative in their work actively, and set an example.
4. All employees should focus on sales business and fully support and cooperate with the sales department in carrying out their work. We need to improve coordination between departments through more communication while resolutely eliminating mutual complaints and accusations.
