On the afternoon of May 25, 2013, Director Yuan of the Management Department of Shenyang Tengfei Company conducted a training session for the company's employees on the topic of 'Enneagram'.
'Enneagram' is a sophisticated personality analysis tool that categorizes human personalities into nine types: Perfectionist, Helper, Achiever, Individualist, Thinker, Loyalist, Enthusiast, Leader, and Peacemaker. It helps everyone gain a clearer understanding of themselves and others, achieving the knowledge of self and others to avoid defeat in battles. It provides a basis for building an efficient team by knowing people well and utilizing their talents. At the same time, it promotes smooth communication and interaction between individuals, leading to more sincere and harmonious partnerships.
During the training session, Director Yuan first explained the Enneagram and informed everyone about the characteristics and advantages of each type. He then used examples from colleagues' personalities for further analysis to reinforce their impressions of their respective types. His humorous teaching style allowed everyone to learn in a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere while looking forward to the next class.
This training made everyone feel the charm of each type in the Enneagram more clearly recognize themselves courageously face their true selves and understand methods for communicating with various personality types to achieve effective communication.
