In March, the spring is in full bloom, and everything is renewed. Although it is still a bit chilly, it cannot stop the arrival of spring. In this sunny and colorful season, we welcomed the 114th International Women's Day. To show special care for female employees, enrich their cultural life outside of work, relieve work pressure, and ignite their passion for work, Tengfei (Shenyang) Company held a team-building game activity themed "With Light in Heart, Graceful and Free" for female employees. At the same time, each female employee was awarded a beautiful rattan tea set gift box to congratulate and extend warm greetings to those who work hard and silently contribute in various positions on this special day!
At 12:20 PM on March 8th, all female employees gathered in the fourth-floor conference room, drew lots to form four groups, and participated in three group games to determine the final winning team. The event was lively with continuous laughter and joy. When they received their victory prizes, their faces were filled with happy smiles.
This event was recognized by all female employees; it not only enlivened the company's atmosphere but also further boosted employee morale, stabilized the workforce, and enhanced employees' cohesion and sense of belonging.
