Straightening is an important process in the production of hot expanded steel pipe. In particular, the steel pipe with high quality requirements also has high requirements for the straightness and ovality of the steel pipe. In order to further improve product quality and meet the needs of high-end users, the company has installed a vertical 7-roller straightening machine, which is mainly used for straightening seamless steel pipes such as carbon steel, stainless steel and alloy steel to meet the requirements of steel pipe dimensional accuracy. Straightening diameter of steel pipe: 25 ~ r0mm
Steel pipe wall thickness: 9~50mm
Bending degree of steel pipe: pipe body ≤ 1 mm/m, pipe end ≤ 1.5m
Ovality of pipe body: ≤ 0.3%D
