Summary Meeting: At 8:00 AM on January 16, 2009, Tengfei Company held the 2009 annual summary meeting. During the meeting, leaders from the finance department, business department, warehousing department, office, and production department presented their annual work summaries for 2009. Overall, the departmental summary reports were substantial, pragmatic, and not empty or exaggerated. Subsequently, General Manager Mr. Wang Qingsheng provided a comprehensive work summary for Tengfei Company in 2009 and set sales targets and work objectives for 2010 while addressing many existing issues and specific work requirements for the coming year. Celebration Meeting: At exactly 14:00, the celebration meeting commenced. First, the finance manager delivered a birthday congratulatory speech followed by remarks from employee representatives about their work experiences. Then the general manager conducted a detailed analysis of Tengfei Company's development from 1999 to 2009 and summarized it in a chronological format. Finally, the chairman reviewed Tengfei Company's development over the past ten years and identified four existing urgent issues that need to be addressed while also pointing out directions for future development over the next decade. New Year Party: Tengfei people are versatile and exceptional. The annual meeting featured a variety of performances including skits, crosstalks, dances, quick talks, operas, martial arts, solo singing, and more. Most performances witnessed the growth journey of the company over ten years and celebrated the spirit of hard work, unity, positivity, and selfless dedication among Tengfei people. It also showcased their confidence and hope for Tengfei's development in the next decade.
