Low and medium pressure boiler tubes generally refer to seamless steel tubes used for low pressure boilers (pressure less than or equal to 2.5MPa) and medium pressure boilers (pressure less than or equal to 3.9MPa). They can be used to manufacture superheated steam tubes, boiling water tubes, water wall tubes, smoke tubes and arch brick tubes of low and medium pressure boilers. They are generally made of hot-rolled or cold-rolled high-quality carbon structural steel such as No. 10 and No. 20. Water pressure, crimping, flaring, flattening and other tests are usually required to ensure product quality and performance.
