Characteristics of precision steel pipes and differences from seamless steel pipes.

Due to the advantages of precision steel pipes such as no oxidation layer on the inner and outer walls, high pressure resistance without leakage, high precision, high surface finish, no deformation during cold bending, and no cracks during expansion and flattening, they are mainly used to produce products for pneumatic or hydraulic components, such as cylinders or oil cylinders. They can be seamless pipes or welded pipes.
Precision steel pipes have five main characteristics:
       1. Smaller outer diameter.
       2. High precision suitable for small batch production.
       3. High precision and good surface quality in cold drawn finished products.
       4. More complex cross-sectional area of the steel pipe.
       5. Superior performance of the steel pipe with denser metal.
The main characteristic of seamless steel pipes is that they have no welded seams and can withstand greater pressure. The products can be in a rough cast state or cold drawn; precision steel pipes are a product that has emerged in recent years, mainly characterized by strict tolerances and roughness on inner hole and outer wall dimensions.
