The third quarter 'Hundred Days of Hard Work' campaign has been underway for nearly two months. In July, the Shenyang sales department adjusted its strategy and redefined the three annual sales targets: 'Ensure 80,000 tons, strive for 90,000 tons, and aim for 100,000 tons.' By the end of July, the Shenyang company sales department had achieved a sales target of 60,873 tons. As of August 21st, the monthly sales reached 8,912.198 tons, continuing the good sales performance from previous months. This month is also expected to break through the ten thousand ton mark and strive to complete the first annual sales target of 80,000 tons in September while pushing towards the second and third targets in the fourth quarter.
In the face of a severe downturn in the steel pipe market, Shenyang company has set four core management goals: increase sales volume, improve company profits, enhance service quality, and elevate management levels. August in Shenyang remains hot with high temperatures and is also the peak season for annual sales. Facing a large number of orders for shipment, Shenyang has dispatched most frontline workshop employees to Tianjin to assist with deliveries. In mid-August, Shenyang faced an urgent situation with a significant number of emergency shipments leading to severe manpower shortages. In this critical situation, General Manager Wang and Manager Su personally led all male employees from the business and management departments to work on-site for tasks such as weighing goods and loading/unloading them. They worked tirelessly for several days under the relentless heat of Shenyang's summer sun which still hung high in the sky with daytime temperatures above 33 degrees Celsius. The heat radiating from steel pipes made everyone on-site sweat profusely; their skin darkened under direct sunlight while sweat trickled down their faces leaving streaks of mud. General Manager Wang and Manager Su directed hoisting operations on-site while Tengfei partners skillfully carried out hooking procedures according to standard operating processes—neatly arranging prepared steel pipes on the ground while manually rotating them so that labels faced upwards. Everyone shouted commands enthusiastically as they worked together closely in their respective roles reminiscent of last year's scene in Quanzhou—truly reflecting Tengfei people's sword-drawing spirit and wolf-like teamwork.
'A hundred days of hard work to sprint towards annual goals,' highlights how heavy the tasks are for the sales department. All sales personnel have devoted themselves fully to their work; however at critical moments when needed by the company they do not differentiate between positions or ages—they fear neither hardship nor fatigue nor do they care about personal gains or losses but instead act practically prioritizing company interests above all else by quickly stepping into frontline roles assisting with loading/unloading tasks. After completing frontline duties they seize every moment to engage in sales efforts—balancing both achieving company targets while addressing urgent tasks—they are warriors embodying cohesion and combat effectiveness who complain not when called upon by their company but instead throw themselves into new tasks with full enthusiasm. Their dedication and hard-working spirit are worthy examples for all Tengfei people to learn from. I call upon all employees: although our job roles differ we must prioritize company interests above all else whenever needed supporting each other vigorously ensuring we truly achieve collaboration without division—contributing our strength towards our company's success—that is Tengfei's culture; that is Tengfei's soul.
