I am a proud builder - Singing competition for migrant workers in Tiexi District

Once again, it is July of another year, and summer has arrived. Tiexi District welcomes the first 2014 'I Am a Proud Builder' singing competition for migrant workers with its unique heat and charm.
This competition gathered many talented individuals, and the companies signing up to participate were numerous. Of course, our Shenyang Tengfei Steel Pipe Co., Ltd. was not to be outdone. After careful selection, we sent our new employee He Zhisheng to participate in the 'I Am a Proud Builder' singing competition for migrant workers. As a member of Tengfei, I know that Tengfei is full of hidden talents, but we also want to create a stage for new employees to showcase themselves. This is Tengfei, a company that keeps pace with the times and continuously innovates. Here, gold will shine as it should; we will not overlook any talent or any small virtue of every Tengfei person!
After repeated preparations and expectations, we finally welcomed the preliminary round on July 15th. Our company's Xiao He stepped onto this preliminary journey with determination: 'No ranking means no return!' We also cheered for this new star at our company!
At the beginning of the competition, the contestants seemed a bit nervous but it did not affect their overall performance too much; however, their strength appeared slightly lacking. Our Xiao He was fourth in line. After an anxious wait, it was finally our turn to shine on stage. Xiao He's performance did not disappoint everyone; his rendition of Andy Lau's 'Practice' not only overshadowed several earlier contestants but also pushed the competition to its climax. Amidst rounds of applause and cheers, Xiao He perfectly interpreted this classic song by Andy Lau with his rich voice. This new star indeed did not let everyone down and successfully stood out among over 100 contestants to enter the finals!
Time flies quickly; soon it was time for the finals on July 24th. This final round was much more competitive than the preliminaries; each contestant could stand alone in their own right. The final venue was at Xiangjiang Furniture City. Our Xiao He arrived early at the competition site and after a morning of rehearsals, officially entered the contest in the afternoon. Our beautiful manager Yuan Jinhua also specially came to cheer for our Xiao He!
After an intense afternoon of competition, I believe everyone present that day knew who would win; hard work always pays off. As expected, the top few places went to several major sponsors' representatives while our Xiao He won an excellent award!
This competition was remarkable for both Tengfei and this new employee. I believe that in future life and work, this new employee will gain more experience and training. I am confident that Tengfei will have more stars shining brightly in the future, making this sky even more dazzling because of all these wonderful Tengfei people!
