On April 12 and 13, 2016, a special training on steel pipe knowledge was jointly held by Shenyang Company and Tianjin Company. The training took place every afternoon at 2 PM in the conference room of Shenyang Company. This training aimed to further strengthen the systematic understanding of professional steel pipe knowledge among all employees, especially those in the sales department, improve the overall professional quality of employees, enhance the professionalism of customer service, and elevate work quality and efficiency. It also aimed to showcase the professional demeanor of Tengfei employees externally and lay a solid foundation for the company's sustained development. The main instructor for the training was Mr. Bao Jun Cai, Chief Engineer of Tianjin Company, who has a solid grasp of steel pipe expertise and unique insights into related performance and extended knowledge.
This training received great attention from company leaders, and various departments and employees provided strong support. A total of more than 50 people participated in this training, including the company’s general manager and deputy general manager, who took time out of their busy schedules to attend the entire session. During the lecture, everyone listened attentively, took notes seriously, and humbly asked questions about any unclear points after the training.
During the training, the instructor's explanations were vivid and interesting with rich content that not only covered professional knowledge about steel pipes and various pipeline performances but also included solutions and measures for handling various emergencies during sales processes. The classroom atmosphere was very lively. Leaders and employees from Shenyang Company who attended felt greatly benefited; this training was essential as it injected professional knowledge into the development of the company's main business in Q2 2016 and laid a foundation for smooth operations throughout the year!
