Tengfei (Shenyang) Company Women's Day Chinese Knot Making Charity Training
2018-03-09
In early spring, the heavy snow falls gracefully from the sky, covering the earth with a pure and holy wedding dress. Taking a deep breath of the crisp air, my lungs feel clean and refreshing. On such a wonderful day, we welcome the annual "March 8th Goddess Festival," with an atmosphere ignited passionately from the start of the day.
Tengfei Company has always remained true to its original intention, operating with integrity externally and prioritizing people internally. It cares for female employees with genuine affection and carefully manages the Tengfei family, infusing emotional warmth into the company's atmosphere. At Tengfei, employees feel joy and a passionate drive everywhere; Tengfei takes pride in its employees, and employees take pride in Tengfei. This year for International Women's Day, the company prepared a sumptuous lunch for female employees, with two chicken legs each to express a small token of appreciation. Additionally, we collaborated with the Shenyang Federation of Trade Unions to hold a public welfare training on Chinese knot weaving, making this holiday even more meaningful.
The training activity was held on the afternoon of March 8th in the large conference room on the fourth floor. Two union teachers prepared weaving materials for each female employee and combined on-site explanations with PPT demonstrations to patiently teach everyone how to weave. Due to individual differences among employees, comprehension levels varied; therefore, teachers provided one-on-one guidance and taught hands-on, which made us feel grateful. As beautiful Chinese knots gradually took shape in everyone's hands, a sense of satisfaction arose from within. We deeply realized that hand weaving is not easy and handmade products are precious; Chinese knots are one of China's cultural arts passed down through generations, symbolizing prosperous days filled with happiness and health.
In the end, everyone held their own woven Chinese knots for a group photo to share this wonderful moment together and preserve a precious memory. Tengfei Company will continue to strive to host various interesting and meaningful activities to enrich employees' leisure lives, making corporate culture more vibrant so that Tengfei remains full of vitality and combativeness forever. We look forward to Tengfei achieving its second leap soon.
