On July 12, 2013, the company organized a volunteer activity for potato harvesting. Employees from various departments, led by the management department, came to the 'Happy Farm' to pick potatoes.
Because the weather was particularly hot, everyone was already sweating profusely before they even started working. Under the guidance of the commander, everyone picked potatoes in an orderly manner. Male employees were responsible for using a tiller to dig up the potatoes, while female employees pulled up the potato plants and collected the potatoes. There was both division of labor and cooperation among everyone. Laughter and joy occasionally echoed as busy figures reflected each other. Looking at piles of golden potatoes, everyone was very excited. After three afternoons of labor, all the potatoes were harvested. There were no complaints about fatigue, only joy from the harvest.
This volunteer activity not only allowed everyone to enjoy the joy of labor and share in its fruits but also saved food costs for the company. Moreover, employees' physical fitness received appropriate exercise. It also stimulated employees' teamwork abilities and proactive spirit, thereby enhancing corporate cohesion and creating a relaxed, pleasant, and healthy work atmosphere that facilitates better work in future tasks.
