On the occasion of International Women's Day on March 8th, Shenyang Tengfei Company held a series of colorful celebration activities themed 'Physical and Mental Health, Harmony and Warmth' to express heartfelt gratitude and best wishes to all female employees.
On March 6th, the company's general manager led the management department staff to visit each female employee individually, presenting them with 'letters of comfort' and potted green plants to beautify their environment. The female employees who received the gifts were very touched, took photos for memories, and thanked Tengfei Company for sending them special blessings during the holiday. They also expressed gratitude for the training and attention they have received from Tengfei Company over time. Additionally, to enrich the leisure and spiritual life of Tengfei's female employees, relax emotions, and relieve stress, the company organized an activity called 'Let's Go to the Movies.' On the afternoon of March 7th, all female employees were invited to watch a 3D movie together. The film was full of comedic elements, light-hearted and funny; everyone was in high spirits and laughing. Many expressed that this year's Women's Day celebration was unique and meaningful. They thanked the company for its careful planning and arrangements and expressed their desire to grow together with the company through thick and thin while working hand in hand towards a bright future.
The general manager of the company stated: I hope all female employees can play a 'half sky' role at work, embodying the spirit that women are no less than men; be diligent in their positions; at home they should also act as 'the backbone,' being filial to elders above them while educating children below them, understanding their husbands, and maintaining harmony with neighbors. At the same time, I hope that female employees can help each other out mutually, unite in progress, and strive hard for advancing various works at Tengfei.
Although the event has ended, Tengfei Company's care for its female employees will never cease. In future work endeavors, the company will continue to deeply engage with its female staff at grassroots levels—thinking about what employees need—and help solve problems they encounter in work and life.
